     Gluten Free Cream of Chicken Soup

Ingredients
1 cup milk
2 tbs cornstarch
1 1/2 tbs butter
1 tsp chicken bouillion (gluten free)
1/2 tsp salt
dash pepper
Double recipe for one 9x13 pan of yummy potatoes or funeral potatos
 

Instructions
Heat milk and cornstarch until blended. Stir in butter, bouillin and salt and pepper. Heat to a boil, stirring frequently. Simmer for 1 min, more to thicken. Chicken stock can be used for half of the milk and makes a good flavor. Can be used for Yummy Potatoes or Funeral Potatoes
