Grease cookie sheets and place frozen dough on them, leaving
enough space for them to rise double, then cover with plastic
wrap. While the dough is rising, mix the sauce together, brown the
sausage, and divid the meats into 5 piles. When the dough is
raised, roll out 1 loaf at a time into a thin oval. Using a pastry
brush, spread 1/4-1/2 cup sauce on the bread within 1-inch of
the edge. Layer the ham slices and the pepperoni. Place the
sausage down the middle lengthwise and put the cheeses on top
of the sausage. Roll like a jellyroll, placing the seam on the
bottom. Tuck the ends in. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Slice
diagonally and serve. Can be frozen after slicing.
