     Asian-Style Green Beans

1 Tbsp. coconut oil
1 lb. green beans
2 garlic cloves, minced
2-inch knob of ginger root, minced
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
Sea salt
Black pepper
Sesame seeds

Heat the oil in a heavy-bottomed saute pan over medium-high heat. Saute the green beans in oil for 2 minutes. Add the garlic, ginger, and soy sauce, and continue to saute until the beans are tender-crisp, about 4 minutes.
Remove from heat and toss with lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.
