Add turkey, green pepper and garlic into large saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook until turkey is no longer pink.
Stir in broth, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat slightly and let simmer, stirring for 10-12 minutes or until about half the liquid has evaporated and the mixture has thickened. Stir in green onions, salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
