2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch-thick fries
3-4 Tbsp. coconut oil
Sea salt
Ground paprika
Instructions
Preheat oven to 410 F.
Link a baking sheet with parchment paper. Toss sweet potato fries on the sheet with coconut oil to coat. Arrange fries so they are not crowded. Sprinkle generously with salt and dust with paprika.
Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven, turn each piece over and return to oven. Bake for another 10-15 minutes, until golden.
