1. Cut meat into 2cm cubes
2. mix meat, ginger, curry paste, peanut butter and lemon juice. Marinate for 30 minutes.
3.thread meat onto skewers.
4. Grill 8-12 minutes, brushing with marinate during cooking
5. Allow to rest for 4 minutes
6. serve skewers on a bed of rice with peanut sauce poured over them.
