500g minced beef

50g butter
|

1 onion, finely diced

salt and pepper

1 tbsp worcester sauce

1 egg, beaten

Instructions |

|
saute the onion in the butter until golden.
|
|
|
mix together the onion, worcester sauce, beef and
season generously. chill for 20 mins.
|

|
shape into burger patties and fry in a smudge of
olive oil to your preference.
3 mins either side = rare
6 mins either side = well done
|
|
|
serve with a toasted bun, lettuce, tomato, slices of
cheese, cucumber pickles, ketchup and mustard.
