Mix dressing, cheese, and Italian seasoning.
Place chicken on greased grill over medium coals or rack of broiler pan 5-7 inches from heat. Brush with 1/2 of the dressing mixture.
Grill or broil without turning, 8-10 minutes. Turn; brush with remaining dressing mixture. Continue grilling or broiling 8-10 minutes or until cooked through.
