     Asian Chicken Burgers

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground Chicken
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
2 green onions finely chopped
2 tsps low sodium soy sauce
1/2 tsp ginger
1 egg white
4 sesame seeded hamburger buns nonfat cooking spray
 

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the chicken, lemon juice, garlic, green onions, soy sauce, ginger and egg white. Shape into 4 patties. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes. Grill the patties for 7-8 minutes, or according to your preference. Serve on the sesame seed buns and pass condiments such as lowfat peanut butter, hoisin sauce and bean sprouts.
Serving Suggestions
We tend to eat bun-less with some veggies and rice/quinoa/farro on side
