Preheat oven to 170C. Prepare round cake pan (22 cm). Bottom wrap with a parchment paper. The sides wrap tightly with a cooking foil. Prepared cake pan place into the bigger one.
Using electric beater, beat cheese until it's smooth and creamy.Then add a salt and sugar and beat 5 minutes. Nest beat in the eggs ( separately) and mix. Lastly add both creams and vanilla and mix till smooth.
Transfer cheesecake into round pan. Then pour hot water into the bigger pan ( ¾ high). Bake 40 minutes.
Chill firstly in the open oven, next transferred from remaining water.
Preheat oven to 180C. Prepare two round cake pans (22 cm).
Ina a big bowl stir together all dry ingredients.Then add eggs, buttermilk and oil. Mix together until smooth and creamy.
Pour mix into pans (split it in two). Bake 35 minutes. Cool completely.
