Press your thumb into top center of marshmallows. Using gel frosting, make eyes and nose. Frost the sugar cookies with homemade or store bought glaze. Before glaze sets, stick marshmallows to tops of cookies. Add chocolate nonpareil candies, such as Sno-Caps, for buttons and pretzel sticks for arms. Use 1/2 inch thick strips fruit leather for scarves.
