     Baked Horeradish Salmon (low salt)

Ingredients
1 salmon fillet (1 lb.)
1 T. butter, melted
1 T. prepared horseradish, drained
2 t. lemon juice
1/4 t. garlic powder
1/8 t. pepper
 

Instructions
Place salmon skin side down in an 11-in.x7-in.x2-in. baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. In a sm. bowl, combine the butter, horseradish, lemon juice, garlic powder and pepper; spread over salmon.
Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 20-25 min. or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
