     Chia Pudding

Ingredients
1/2 cup chia seeds
1 and half cups milk of your choice or water
1 tsp stevia, maple syrup or honey (add to taste)
Half teaspoon vanilla powder
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup frozen berries
 

Instructions
Soak chia seeds the night before. Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir. Divide into bowls and storage containers and place in the fridge. Note- Can serve with grated apples, fresh berries, coconut chips or almonds.
