In a lg. bowl, combine the apple, poultry seasoning, salt & pepper. Crumble chicken over mixture & mix well. Shape into eight 3-in. patties.
In a lg. skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray, cook patties over med. heat for 5-6 min. on each side or until no longer pink. Drain if necessary.
