     A fresh & fruity start

Ingredients
4 kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced
200g seedless red and green grapes, halved
8 tbsp low fat natural yoghurt
Pinch of ground ginger (optional)
Half small melon, peeled, deseeded and chopped
 

Instructions
Mix the licked kiwi fruit, grapes and melon together in a large bowl.
Mix together the low fat yoghurt and ginger (if using). Share the fruit between 4 serving bowls and spoon the yoghurt mixture on top.
Enjoy along side your cereal or whole meal toast.
