     Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
2 cups of water
1 T. minced garlic
2 carrots—chopped
2 cans of corn, with juice
2 cans of black beans, will juice
1 can (14 oz.) chopped tomatoes
1 can (14 oz.) Rotel
2 t. beef bouillon
 
1 can tomatoe soup
1 t. chili pepper
2 T. ground cilanatro

Instructions
Overnight place four chicken breasts and 2 cups of water in a crock pot on low.
The next morning chop or shred the chicken and keep the water to use as chicken broth. Add all the ingredients and salt and pepper to taste.
Cook on high in crock pot around 3 hours. Serve with tortilla chips and cheese.
