Mix all ingredients, except beef, in a large Ziploc
bag. Stab the beef all over, and then place the beef
in the bag. Mush it around until well covered.
Refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 500
Place stainless baking pan (about 13x9) in the
bottom third of the oven and allow the metal pan
to heat up for 10 minutes. Then add the meat,
including the marinade, to the hot metal pan. For
medium rare, roast the flank steak for about 7
minutes. Turn it and roast for 7 minutes more.
Slice thinly an serve with chopped green onions
over the top.
