     Chunky Pork and Sausage Chili

Ingredients
1 lb lean pork boneless loin,
Cut into 3/4 inch pieces
1/2 pound fully cooked smoked beef sausage,
cut into 1/2 inch slices (like Kelbasa)
1 large onion, chopped 1 cup
2 medium stalks celery, chopped 1 cup
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
you can use a mincer
1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
 
1 can (15 oz) chunky tomato sauce
1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes and green chilies
1 cup water
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions
Place Pork and then sausage in slow cook. Mix the remaining ingredients (except black beans) and pour over meat. Into a 3 1/2 to 6 quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat for 8 to 10 hours, or high setting for 3 to 5 hours. or until pork is fork tender. About 15 minutes before serving stir in black beans. and cook another 15 minutes.
