     Corn Chowder

Ingredients
2 cans creamed corn
2 cans chicken broth
3 cups half & half
1/4 C. butter
1/2 t. worchester sauce
2 C. diced potato's
1 C. diced carrots
1 C. diced celery
1 C. diced onions
 
2 T. flour

Instructions
sauté onions in a pan with little canola oil, add flour and stir while adding butter. partially boil all vegetables in water, drain all water except for one cup. In a large soup pot combine chicken broth, creamed corn and Worcestershire sauce. slowly add half & half and bring to a slow boil. add all remaining veggies and simmer for 30 minutes.
