15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed

16 oz jar salsa verde

1/3 C sundried tomatoes

2 cloves garlic

2T extra virgin olive oil

2 T balsamic vinegar
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
1- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
|
|
|
2- Saute tomatoes and garlic in olive oil and vinegar until tender.
|
|

3- Add chicken and cook until done
4- Add salsa and black beans
|
|

5- Simmer 5 minutes
6- Serve over brown rice
|
