Recommendations
  Ice tea; lemonade; beer

Ingredients
1 large red onion, chopped
7 cloves of garlic, minced
1 bottle chili sauce
1 tsp liquid smoke
1 Tbs chili powder
Quarter cup apple cider vinegar
1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 cup brown sugar
3 Tbs olive oil

1 to 3lbs boneless pork shoulder, fat cut off

Instructions
Mix all ingredients except oil and pork in a bowl. Brown pork on all sides in hot oil to seal in juices.
Set crockpot to low (for 8 hours) or high (for 6 hours). Pour the mix into the pot and place the meat on top of it. Cover with lid and walk away for a very long time. Refrain from picking at the meat as the aroma fills you house.
When the meat is tender (6 to 8 hours) take it out and place on a counter or cutting board. Using two forks, pull the meat apart into shreds. Replace in the pot and mix with remaining juices.
Place a healthy serving of pulled pork on a large toasted onion hamburger bun. Top with a dollop of cole slaw.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with potato salad, BBQ beans or corn on the cob.
