     Red Lobster Biscuits

Ingredients
2 cups buttermilk baking mix
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 tsp garlic powder
 
Instructions
Combine first 3 ingredients and mix with wooden spoon until soft dough forms. Beat vigorously 30 seconds.
Drop by heaping tablespoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in 450 degree oven 8-10 minutes, until golden brown.
Combine melted butter and garlic powder and brush over biscuits.
