     Oil-Free Cilantro Hummus

Ingredients
2 cans beans (black, garbanzo, or a mixture)
2 cloves garlic
3-4 T. lime juice, to taste
2 t. Bragg liquid aminos or tamari
3 T. water
1/2 c. cilantro
 

Instructions
Blend all ingredients into a thick paste, adding water as needed for desired consistency.
Add ins/substitutions - 2 T. toasted sesame seeds, 1 chopped jalapeno, 1 roasted red pepper
Oil-free chips - Bake corn tortilla wedges in a 350 degree oven until crisp.
Serving Suggestions
Makes 1 cup.
