     Fried Pork Chops with Gravy

Ingredients
4 1/2-inch thick center-cut loin pork chops
1/2 tsp salt
1 medium onion, sliced
3/4 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp sour cream
 

Instructions
Sprinkle chops with salt. Place in nonstick skillet and brown over high heat about 3 minutes on each side. Remove from skillet.
Place onion in pan and cook on medium-high for 5 minutes. Add broth, tomato sauce, onion and garlic powders to pan. Cook for 1 minute.
Return chops to pan and cook, covered, for 10 minutes longer, or until chop are thoroughly cooked. Place chops on a plate. Stir sour cream into sauce in pan and then pour over chops.
