In a largo bowl combine- 2 cups of flour, 3/4 cups of sugar, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Crack an egg into a measuring cup and then fill with milk to make 1 cup. Stir in 1 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Pour into crumb mixture and mix until just moistened. Spread into prepped pan and top with Streusel topping.
