Stir-fry beans ( or other veg.) water chestnuts, mushrooms and
garlic in oils. Add the remaining ingredients. Cover and cook
until beans are tender, about 4 or 5 minutes..
I used a small stir fry mix in package from whole foods..it was
very good and I adjusted the amounts of ingredients a little for
the two of us.... So easy --it had small amounts of
carrots,tomato, zucchini asparagus, carrot strips and
broccoli,etc.. Better than buying all that stuff
