mix well with your hands meats,onions,soaked bread,eggs,salt and pepper into a soft consistency. it should keep its form and not crumble.
form oval patties with wet hands and coat with the bread crumbs. heat the oil over med/high heat. fry the cotletas once on each side till brown, watch them closely so they don't burn.remove to a serving plate.
option- bake the cotletas in a 400f oven for 20 minutes then cover loosely with foil and bake another 30 minutes.

with dill gravy, paprika gravy or a tomato based sauce.
