     Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
1lb elbow or shell pasta
4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup finely chopped dill weed
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 1/2 Tbs cider vinegar
3 Tbs snipped fresh chives
1 1/4 tsp salt
 
1/4 tsp ground red pepper or paprika
1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper

Instructions
Cook pasta as directed, with a dash of salt and olive oil.
Meanwhile, combine all other ingredients. Adjust to taste.
Drain pasta. Toss with combined ingredients, cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Serving Suggestions
Hamburgers, hot dogs, BBQ, sandwiches
