Ingredients
1/2 cup white wine
2 tbsp shallots
1 lb scallops (raw)
1/2 lb shrimp (raw)
1 cup mushrooms
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 cup 10% cream
 
2 tsp parsley
1/2 cup mozerella cheese
3 potatoes (or leftover mashed)

Instructions
In a saucepan add wine, scallops, shrimp, mushrooms, and shallots, boil for 5 minutes.
in large skillet melt butter add flour and beat till smooth, add cream and salt, cook till thick, then add seafood mixture, and continue to cook
boil potatoes and mash and beat until smooth. Fill pastry bag and pipe a rim of potatoes around 4 large shells or 6 small shells. place filling inside potato lined shell top with grated cheese Bake at 375 till cheese starts to brown
