break lettuce and place on bottome of flat base bowl or pan
layer celery
sliced eggs
frozen peas
green onions (reserve a tablespoon)
bacon bits (reserve about a tablespoon for top)
mix sour cream, mayo and sugar, spread over top of salad and seal to edge of bowl or pan.
scatter grated cheese over top and reserved bacon bits and green onions.
seal with plastic wrap and place in fridge overnight.
Cut into squares to serve.
