     Spiced Apple Cider

Ingredients
16 Pieces of Cinnamon Bark
2 TBS of Whole Cloves
2 TBS of Allspice
1 tsp of Mace or Nutmeg
1 tsp of Salt
2 1/3 Cup of Brown Sugar
3 1/2 Gallon of Apple
 
Instructions
Loosely tie spices into a cheese cloth bag. Add spices and brown sugar to the cider. Bring to a boil and gently boil for about 15 minutes
Remove spice bag, serve hot.
