Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
Add chicken; cook 5 min on each side or until
browned on both sides.
Stir in cream cheese, broth, dressing, onions, and
basil. Cook and stir until sauce begins to thicken
and chicken is cooked through. Add snow peas and
cook 2-4 minutes until crisp-tender, stirring
occasionally. Serve over pasta.
For leftovers-----
Heat 2-3 tbsp of OO in large skillet, add pepper,
then leftover chicken and sauce, shredded parm
cheese and a little bit of alfredo sauce if you have
it on-hand. Delic!
