     Zucchini Cream Pie

Ingredients
2 1/2 cup peeled sliced zuchini
3 1/2 TBS flour
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup evaporated milk
 

Instructions
Cook zucchini until tender. Drain and put in blender with remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Serve with whipped topping.
