1. Mix together all the ingredients for the batter
with a hand blender until you have a smooth
batter. Divide the batter into two share and have
in 0.5 tablespoons cocoa in one part. 2nd Fry the
vanilla batter first in a hot frying pan in a
little coconut oil, about 30-45 seconds per side.
Do the same with the chocolate batter. Custard-
75g fat cottage cheese 75g light cream cheese 1
teaspoon vanilla powder 2 tsp stevia sprinkle Mix
together the cream with a hand blender until lumps
of cottage cheese disappears. Pile up the pancakes
and unwind with vanilla ice cream. Top with
approximately 50 grams of strawberries as you heat
easily in the microwave, sweeten ( if needed )
with a pinch of stevia litter and then mix with a
hand blender.
