     Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients
1 large head cabbage
1 cup regular rice
6 slices bacon (diced)
1 large onion
Salt & Pepper
 

Instructions
Fry bacon and onion, the add rice with water. Cook till rice has absorbed the water. Meanwhile separate all the cabbage leaves and add to hot water in a large pot till wilted. In a roaster pan line bottom with cabbage pieces. Fill leaf with the rice mixture, fold ends and roll. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Pour water over the rolls. Check occasionally - add water if necessary.
