Ingredients
1 lb boneless beef sirloin, partially frozen
1/4 cup soy
2 Tbs ssesame oil
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp ginger
1/2 cup crunchy pb
1/4 c dry sherry
1/4 c sliced green onion
2 tbs brown sugar
 
1 tsp crushed red pepper
3/4 cup water

Instructions
Cut steak into 1/2=1/4 in strips. combine soy sauce, sherry, sesame oil, brown sugar, onion, garlic, ginger and 1/2 tsp pepper pods. place beef strips in plastic bag; add marinade, turning to coat. Tie bag and marinate 2 hrs or ovnt. Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least 15 minutes. Remove beef from marinade, reserving 2 tbs juice. thread beef on skewers. place reserved marinade, pepper pods, peanut butter and water in small saucepan. cook until sauce is thick and firm. Grill meat on grill over medium coals and broil 2 minutes. turn and continue broiling.
