     Freezer meal- Twice Baked Potatoes

4 Large baking potatoes
8 Slices of bacon
1 Cup of sour cream
1/2 Cup of milk
4 Tablespoons butter
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Teaspoon pepper
1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
Freezer bags to put them in

Preheat oven to 350F. Bake potatoes for 1 hour. (be sure to poke with a fork) While potatoes are baking, cook bacon.
When potatoes are done, let cool for 10 min. Then, slice in half length wise and scoop out inside of potato. (put insides of potatoes into a bowl- save skins)
Add these ingredients into bowl with the insides of the potato- sour cream, milk, butter, salt & pepper, 1/2 cup of cheese. Mix with hand mixer until creamy- spoon mixture into skins.
Top each with cheese. Bake for another 15 min on 350.
