     Argentine Nokis

Ingredients
potatoes
1 egg yolk
flour
tomato sauce
ground beef, cooked
garlic powder
basil
oregano
 

Instructions
Mash potatoes and chill. Add salt to taste. Add egg yolk and kneed in flour gradually until it doesn’t stick to your hands. Roll into long ropes and slice into pieces the size of quarters. Roll the pieces off the end of a fork. Boil water and cook like noodles. They’re done when they float. Serve topped with tomato sauce and hamburger and seasonings to taste.
