Ingredients
2/3 c brown sugar
3 Tbsp honey
2/3 c butter
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
4 cups OLD fashioned oatmeal
1 cup coconut
3/4 c sliced almonds
 

Instructions
Melt together brown sugar, honey and butter. Add the other ingredients (cinnamon, vanilla, salt, oatmeal, coconut, and almonds). Press into 9x13 pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 35-40 minutes, more if needed.
Let cool. Loosen up corners when cooled and crumble into pieces. Store in air tight container in refrigerator.
