Pat fish fillets dry. Combine breadcrumbs, cheese,
and seasonings. mix well. Dip fish in butter and
roll each fillet in crumb mixture. Arrange fish in
13x9x2 baking dish (use remaining butter to grease
dish). Bake at 375 about 25 minutes or until fish
flakes easily. Lemon can be added before baking.
