     Fresh Strawberry Cake

Ingredients
1 (18.25 ounce) packagevanilla, white, or yellow cake mix
1 (3 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O®
1/4 cup cold water
4 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
1 pint fresh strawberries
Icing-
1/2 block (4oz) cream cheese, softened
 
1/3 cup butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp milk
9x13 baking dish

Instructions
-Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease baking dish. -Wash & towel dry strawberries. Remove stems and dice. -Put in ziploc. Crush with meat tenderizer.
-Combine dry ingredients. -Stir in oil, eggs, & water. -Fold in strawberries -Bake 30-33 minutes. Let cool completely.
-Soften butter & cream cheese. Mix until smooth. -Add powder sugar, vanilla, & milk. -Mix until smooth -can add strawberries to icing or on top
