1 (18.25 ounce) packagevanilla, white, or yellow cake mix

1 (3 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O®
|

1/4 cup cold water
|
| |
4 eggs
|
| |
1 cup vegetable oil
|
| |
1 pint fresh strawberries
|
| |
Icing-
|
| |
1/2 block (4oz) cream cheese, softened
|
|
|
| |
1/3 cup butter, softened
|
| |
2 cups powdered sugar
|
| |
1 tsp vanilla
|
| |
1 Tbsp milk
|
| |
9x13 baking dish
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
|
-Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease baking dish.
-Wash & towel dry strawberries. Remove stems and
dice.
-Put in ziploc. Crush with meat tenderizer.

|
-Combine dry ingredients.
-Stir in oil, eggs, & water.
-Fold in strawberries
-Bake 30-33 minutes. Let cool completely.

-Soften butter & cream cheese. Mix until smooth.
-Add powder sugar, vanilla, & milk.
-Mix until smooth
-can add strawberries to icing or on top
