     Fresh Peach Pound Cake

1 cup butter
3 cups sugar
3 eggs plus 1 egg white
3 cups plain flour
1/4 teaspoon soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups chopped, drained fresh peaches
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon almond extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour large tube pan. Cream butter and sugar; add eggs one at a time. Add flour, soda, salt, sour cream, drained peaches, and extracts. Beat well. Pour in pan. Bake 1 hour or until done. This makes a moist cake and is very good.
