     Hot Artichoke Crabmeat Dip

Ingredients
1 package (8oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayo
1 garlic clove, pressed or chopped
1-2 jars (approx 14oz) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
8oz crabmeat, drained and picked thru for shells
1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions (scallions)
3/4 cup (3oz) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
1 lemon
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
 

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350. Combine cream cheese and mayo in large bowl. Mix well. Add Garlic
2. Add artichokes, crab meat, Parmesan cheese, green onions,black pepper, and 1 tsp lemon zest. Mix well.
3. Spoon mixture into shallow baking dish and spread to even. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown around edges.
