Mix sugar, oil, salt, water, and starter in a large bowl. Sift flour into mixture. Mix with a dough hook until ingredients are incorporated. Dough will be sticky. Grease another large bowl and set dough in it. Cover with a damp dosh towl, set in a warmish place and let rise overnight. The next morning, knead dough on a well-floured surface for about 10 minutes, adding flour as needed. Divide in half, and place in two greased bread pans. Cover and allow dough to double in size. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes, or until bread is golden brown and taps hollow. Turn out on a wire rack to cool.
