     Vinegar BBQ Sauce

Ingredients
1/2 POUND MARGARINE/BUTTER (UNSALTED)
3/4 CUP RED WINE VINEGAR
1/2 CUP BASALMIC VINEGAR ( HIGH QUALITY)
3/4 CUP APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
1 1/2 TBS LEE & PERRINS WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
3 TBS LEMON JUICE
1/2 CUP CATSUP
1 TSP BLACK PEPPER
3 CLOVES GARLIC FINELY CHOPPED
 
1 TSP CRUSHED RED PEPPER FLAKES
1 TSP DRY MUSTARD
1 TSP PAPRIKA
1/2 TSP GROUND CUMIN
1 TBS ONION POWDER

Instructions
Combine dry ingredients and set aside. Combine wet ingredients and mix thoroughly over low heat in a nonreactive pot(glass or stainless steel). Once combined add the dry ingredients in portions stirring constantly. Once everything is in the pot bring to a boil and then turn down to a simmer for 15 minutes. Cool and serve.(YOU MAY REDUCE THIS FURTHER FOR A MORE INTENSE FLAVOR).
