     Spicy Szechuan Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
1 cup smooth peanut butter
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup toasted sesame oil
3 tablespoons of rice vinegar
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons finely chopped ginger
1 1/2 teaspoons of asian chili paste or 1 teaspoon dried hot red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon of hoisin sauce
2 tablespoon of fresh lime juice
 
3/4 cup of water

Instructions
In a blender or food processor blend all ingredients until smooth. If not using immediately, transfer to a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Peanut Sauce will keep refrigerated for 1 week.
