     (OZ) SPINACH AND CHEESE STUFFED SHELLS

Ingredients
8 or more JUMBO PASTA SHELLS - cooked
16 oz Traditional PREGO SPAGHETTI SAUCE - divided
1/2 cup cooked FROZEN CHOPPED SPINACH
1/2 cup RICOTTA CHEESE
1/4 cup shredded MOZZARELLA - plus extra
1 1/2 TBL grated PARMESAN
1/4 teas. SALT
1/4 teas. GARLIC POWDER
1/8 teas. coarse BLACK PEPPER
 
1/8 teas. OREGANO

Instructions
Boil shells, slightly underdone, for about 10-12 minutes. Boil several extra in case of breakage. Drain and cool upside-down on a plate.
Mix cheeses and spices as well as you can. Cook spinach per package directions. Quickly drain well and mix 1/2 cup into cheese mix while still hot, reserving extra for later use.
Spread 8 0z. Prego on bottom of small casserole dish. Stuff and place shells one at a time upright in dish. Cover entirely with remaining sauce and sprinkle on additional mozzarella.
Cover and bake at pre-heated 350 for 25 minutes, or until bubbly.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with a steamed veggie mix.
