     Baked Asparagus

Ingredients
Asparagus, cut into 1"-2" pieces
Kosher Salt (or sea salt)
Black pepper
Olive Oil
Zip Lock Bag!
 

Instructions
Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Chop asparagus into one to two inch pieces.
Place the asparagus in a zip lock bag. Add olive oil, salt, and black pepper to taste in the zip lock bag and shake.
This can be done as much as two to three hours before baking, but no later than 15 - 20 minutes before baking. (even the night before!)
Bake in the oven for about 10 - 12 minutes at 350 degrees.
