Asparagus, cut into 1"-2" pieces
|

Kosher Salt (or sea salt)
|

Black pepper
|
|
Olive Oil
|

Zip Lock Bag!

Instructions |

|
Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Chop asparagus into one to two inch pieces.
|
|
|
Place the asparagus in a zip lock bag.
Add olive oil, salt, and black pepper to taste in the zip lock bag and shake.
|
|
|
This can be done as much as two to three hours before baking, but no later than 15 - 20 minutes before baking. (even the night before!)
|
|
|
Bake in the oven for about 10 - 12 minutes at 350 degrees.
