     Crispy Carrot Fries

Ingredients
250g peeled carrots
2 1/4 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp oil
cinnamon
 

Instructions
-preheat oven to 392' -cut your carrots into fry sized sticks try to cut them in the same size and not too thin -give them in a paper or plastic bag with cornstarch and spices and shake it until they are regularly dusted -add oil and shake again -place them on a parchment paper on a baking sheet try to spread them out evenly so that they don't touch each other -bake them in the oven at 392' for about 30-40 minutes (time depends on how thin they are) and flip after half of of the time
