1 (4 ounce) can mushroom pieces and stems, undrained
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
Instructions
Crazy Crust-
Combine flour, salt, baking powder, shortening, sour cream, and
egg to form a batter. mixture should be slightly lumpy. spread on
bottom and sides of a grased and floured 9 inch pie pan.
Filling-
Combine lightly browned ground chuck, salt, oregano (ground or
whole), garlic powder, onion, tomato paste, and mushrooms with
liquid. spoon into crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 18 to 28 minutes
until crust is golden brown. sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and
return to oven long enough to melt cheese.
